Bornhorst, a 16-year industry veteran, has been with Lee and
Associates' Southwest Florida activity since it opened 10 years prior.
As president, he will lead 16 specialists and foster
procedure for Southwest Florida's populace and business development.
"I see the market here as being exceptionally hearty
for the following quite a long while and I believe it's simply going to
additional take off," says Bornhorst. "I'm willing to endeavor to
unite the vision that we're illustrating."
Sway Johnston, a Lee and Associates' head, says Bornhorst's
residency gives him a special market point of view.
"Derek has reliably shown innovativeness, enthusiasm

choices," says Jerry Messonnier, another Lee and Associates' head, in an

Preceding joining Lee and Associates, lee real estate services worked at CBRE Group, from 2005 to 2008, and Grubb
and Ellis from 2008 to 2011, where he was VP of mechanical administrations.
Bornhorst additionally has acquired assignments from the
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and is a Certified Commercial
Investment Member.
Over the previous decade, his customers have included
Pepsico division Frito Lay, the U.S. Postal Service, Sherwin Williams and
engineers EastGroup Properties, Knott Realty Group, Stock Development and
McGarvey Development, among others.

Lee and Associates has separated itself through nearby office possession,
an extraordinary commission split with specialists and a benefit sharing
system.
"It will be important that we settle on the right
choice going ahead, so we're not going to be impulsive," Bornhorst says.
